Hilton Denver Inverness - via Crescent Hotels and Resorts is Hiring a Front Desk Supervisor Near Englewood, CO

The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for the “hands-on” activities in

the Front Office. This includes, but is not limited to controlling rooms inventory,

scheduling, conducting monthly inventories, and ensuring a high level of guest

satisfaction. The Front Office Supervisor is also responsible for assisting in

training and developing their staff.

This position reports directly to the Front Office Manager and/or the Assistant Front Office Manager. This position works closely with the Front Office team, including PBX agents. In addition, this position should have a good working relationship with the Housekeeping Team, the Guest Services Team, and the Safety Services Team to ensure all goals are achieved.

The Front Office Supervisor must work closely with team members on a variety of topics in all areas of the property. This position requires a detail oriented, organized and flexible individual who can complete all general office duties as well as make sound decisions. Must be able to multi-task, problem solve, be flexible and adaptable to differing situations. Excellent inter-personal and communication skills are a must. Personality characteristics must include being personable, respectful, positive, ethical, trustworthy, professional, self-motivated, diplomatic, and confident.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise Front Office day-to-day activities
  • Maintain and improve the quality of the guest experience
  • Continue to help build and maintain a first-rate front desk team
  • Protect guest room rates and upgrade charges
  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
  • Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
  • Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
