Crescent Hotels & Resorts is Hiring a PBX Operator Near Englewood, CO
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
-Answer all calls promptly, following brand standards.
-Accept messages and confirm with guest prior to delivering for accuracy.
-Receive and in-put wake-up call information for guests.
-Accept guest maintenance requests and relay to the engineering department.
-Answer basic hotel and area questions for guests.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-Position requires flexibility of availability.
-Proficiency in Micro Soft Office required.
-Must be able to lift and transport up to 30 lbs.
-Position requires extended periods of sitting.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
-Experience in previous use of multiline phone system preferred.
-Previous experience as a call monitor or operator a plus.

PAY $15 Per Hour
