Crescent Electric Supply is Hiring a Credit Manager Near Phoenix, AZ

As a Credit Manager at Crescent Electric, you are responsible for obtaining credit information for new customers, assisting with credit collections and keeping management informed on credit status of customers.PRIMARY DUTIES:
  • Gather credit information on potential new accounts.
  • Contact customers regarding past due balances.
  • Deposit any incoming checks or forward onto the General Office.
  • Make cash sale deposits and follow up on any discrepancies.
  • Research debit memos and unapplied credits.
  • Issue credits to customers when necessary or make any corrections to customer billing.
  • Correspond with customers on billing discrepancies.
  • Direct all work performed in the unit or department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate's degree or bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from four-year college or university; or 4 years previous credit or accounting experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Good math skills, strong communication skills, organized, accurate and assertive.
