Crescent Ebenezer is Hiring a Leasing Professional (Part Time Weekend) Near Knoxville, TN
We are looking for a vibrant, confident, and organized Part time Leasing Professional for our brand new 324-unit luxury community in West Knoxville. The Leasing Professional will work under the direction of the Property Manager. Our company encourages growth and advancement opportunities. We are looking for a part-time sale orientated individual who will add to our people-focused culture.
Salary: Up to $16/hour, based on experience
Hours: 10 am – 4 pm (Saturdays)
12 pm – 4 pm (Sundays)
- Confidently show, lease, and move in prospective community residents.
- Build relationships with prospective and current residents to ensure satisfaction.
- Process maintenance request.
- Offer excellent communication skills via email, telephone, and in person.
- Knowledge of state laws as it relates to fair housing is a plus.
- Intermediate computer and internet knowledge.
- A positive, motivating and team-oriented attitude.
