About the Position:To support the daily back-office functions in Deposit Operations, handle customer service calls and support the branch system in the role of Personal Banker. This is a part time position (30 hours or less a week).Duties and Responsibilities:• Creates new accounts in the core system• Processes deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other items• Handle verifications of deposit and process department mail• Process returned mail and administers customer’s change of address requests• Performs Quality Control assigned tasks • Backs up banker at all New Orleans Metro Region based branches• Reviews and responds to deposit customer service inquiries• Assist customers with Online Account Opening and Online Banking Questions. • Provides Superior Customer Service to branch and digital customers. About Crescent Bank:Crescent Bank began in 1991 as a small New Orleans based community bank.
