**SUMMARY:
**
Responsibilities include resolving issues related to problems with robotic weldments, manual weldments, fabrication, and assembly. Responsible for conducting root cause analysis with production units and propose corrective action of findings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attends the job during the scheduled work hours.
Work with Manufacturing Engineers, and Operations to develop Work Instructions
Perform Time Studies of operations on specific lines
Receives instructions, from and works with Manufacturing Engineers, Robot Supervision, and robot staff and other department supervision to complete projects.
Work with Design Engineers to resolve design issues related to fixtures and piece parts, welds and assemblies.
Perform part inspection and address tolerance issues related to tooling and or part design.
Lays out, positions, bolts, clamps, and/or tack-welds parts to secure into position in order to perform root cause analysis.
Coordinate inspection of finished product and tooling for completeness and conformance to all quality assurance procedures and specifications.
