Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team.

As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and setting the tone for our guests' visit.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Manage waitlist during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and waiting area
- Help with general restaurant tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong guest relations skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
