Creighton Oaks Treatment Center is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Conroe, TX
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document completed tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external customers
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for specialized repairs or projects
- Interpret technical schematics and manuals to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, including the ability to work with logic controllers
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and manuals
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
