CVH is a single doctor practice that is looking to expand our Veterinary Care Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a general knowledge of veterinary medicine ranging from Wellness Exams to Surgery. Responsibilities include restraining animals, administering vaccinations, answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, providing information to clients about their pet's health, and everything in between. A successful candidate must also be able to maintain accurate records and provide support to the veterinary staff, as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Schedule appointments for clients and their pets.
• Maintain accurate records of client information, pet information, and payments.
• Provide customer service to clients by answering questions about pet care, services, and products.
• Assist veterinarian with medical and administrative tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
