Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Make reminder and follow-up phone calls
- scanning and attaching computer files
- preparing paperwork for daily flow of hospital
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be possess excellent interpersonal skills and work as a team-member
