3 MONTH CONTRACT

Summary

Department: Neurology Intermedte Care

Shift timing: 07:00-19:30 Hours Monday to friday (3 Days/12 Hours)

Per Week: 36 Hours.

Roles & Responsibilities

• ​Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Minimum Qualifications

3 years minimum experience; 1 year minimum Neurology experience preferred; hospital experience preferred Every other Weekend

Pay: $1,430.00 - $1,476.00 per week
