Job Description
- Storage engagement to facilitate operations related to production support, customer migrations, risk, and instrumentation.
- Storage is seeking a broad engagement for services related to multiple portfolios within the product:
- Seeking coverage to support operations in the NA and India time zone, including weekends. This will include SRE operations, supporting product upgrades, and executing customer data migrations.
- Seeking coverage in the India time zone for appliance account rotation, troubleshooting failures, reporting, and support for the associated process.
- Maintain compliance with assigned risk metrics and reporting.
- Enhance existing account management tooling
- Facilitate customer data migration related to data center exits. Completion of customer migrations within SLA.
- Monitor and perform BAU TLM upgrades for select products. Monitor performance against key metrics.
- Support BAU Operations
- Include system versions, existing integrations or if new integrations or upgrades are needed.
- The above projects are sourced through FTE labour today. While the above programs are being progressed, the programs are not meeting assigned objectives due to available staffing.
- Maintain compliance with assigned risk metrics and reporting.
- Facilitate customer data migration related to data center exits. Completion of customer migrations within SLA.
- Monitor and perform BAU TLM upgrades for select products. Monitor performance against key metrics.
- Support BAU Operations
