Creative Works is growing every day. With five community service program locations throughout central and southern Maine, and 35 residential homes, this means an abundance of opportunities for your career.

The House Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the residential program. The House Manager ensures the highest quality services are being provided in the program while complying with all relevant regulations. The House Manager is the direct supervisor for all DSPs in the program and provides a significant amount of direct service to the people living in the program as well.

The Assistant Team Leader supports the development and growth of activities in the community day program. The Assistant Team Leader also provides assistance to the Team Leader supporting the DSP staff and Participants in the program

Assistant Residential Manager This position is responsible for assisting with the management, leadership and oversight of multiple residential programs. This includes supervision of staff, oversight of program operations and ensuring compliance with all licensing standards. This role requires a high level of communication with the Residential Manager and Director of Residential Services
