```Duties```
- Oversee the fabrication process and ensure that all projects are completed on time
- Manage a team of fabricators and provide guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to determine project requirements and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine fabrication requirements
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety regulations throughout the fabrication process
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies needed for fabrication projects
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure the final product meets customer expectations
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the fabrication process and implement solutions

```Requirements```
- Proven experience in fabrication management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques and processes
- Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Ability to operate various fabrication equipment and hand tools
- Familiarity with crane operations and safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with other departments and customers
