We’re seeking a Regional Registered Dietitian in West Texas to join our growing team! Reliability, trustworthiness, and consistency with regard to attendance are extremely important to this job. The ability to regularly and timely attend work, cooperative and politely work and deal with others, and effectively multi-task and work in a stressful environment are also essential functions to this job. 

We are looking to add a Regional Registered Dietician with excellent communication skills that can help each food and nutrition team provide the best for our residents. Our new Regional Registered Dietician would work hand in hand with our Certified Dietary managers. Responsibilities: 

• Knowledge in creating nutritional assessments and care planning of long-term care residents in skilled nursing facilities. 

• Work closely with each facility's Certified Dietary Manager to ensure foodservice systems are followed to provide delicious meals out of sparkling clean kitchens. 

• Monitor quality and accuracy of meal service as well as resident meal acceptance. 

Requirements: 

• Registered and licensed dietitian in Texas 

• Experience in long- term care and geriatric nutrition is preferred but not required. 

• Travel – Vehicle and Cell phone allowance
