Creative Outdoor Advertising, an American advertising firm that advertises on benches, garbage/recycling units, and bus shelters is looking for:
A HANDY & RELIABLE PERSON TO MAINTAIN OUR STREET FURNITURE UNITS IN MIAMI, FLORIDA THROUGHOUT OAKLAND PARK, DANIA BEACH, LAUDERDALE LAKES, NORTH MIAMI BEACH, CITY OF NORTH MIAMI, OAKWOOD PLAZA, AND CITY OF WILTON MANORS AREA
Pay information: Earnings are approximately $5500.00 a month for around 125 hours a month (roughly 32 hours a week). As you perform site visits, you scan each unit, and you are paid per scan. The pay structure is pay-for-performance/piecework. There is an opportunity for additional earnings for extra service requests, like sign installs, and various repairs.
Job Duties: Site visits for overall cleanliness and upkeep of the furniture and surrounding area. Seasonal maintenance of trimming weeds/grass and weekly and bi-weekly recyclables/garbage collections. As needed sign installations and repairs.
