Position Overview: Creative Modular Construction (CMC) is seeking a skilled and experienced TPO Roofer to join our dynamic team. The TPO Roofer will play a crucial role in the construction process, ensuring the quality installation of TPO roofing systems on our modular buildings. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in TPO roofing techniques, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in TPO roofing installation is required.
• Knowledge of TPO roofing materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA regulations.
• Physical stamina and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in TPO roofing installation.
• Experience working in the modular construction industry.
• Familiarity with other roofing systems and materials.
