Job Title: CNC Machine Operator (Full Time) at Creative Modular Construction (CMC)

Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and operate CNC press brake, turret punch, and router machines to produce parts and components according to specifications, demonstrating creativity in problem-solving and process improvement.
• Fabrication: Utilize shear, notcher, saws, and other fabrication equipment as necessary to complete assigned tasks with the highest level of craftsmanship and integrity.
• Product Production: Produce assigned products in accordance with verbal and written documents, maintaining a respectful and collaborative attitude towards colleagues and customers alike.
• Troubleshooting: Utilize excellent mechanical abilities to troubleshoot machine issues and innovate solutions to improve machine efficiency and product quality.
• Adaptability: Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced work environment, working synergistically with team members to meet production deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
• Packaging and Documentation: Efficiently package products and maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, taking total ownership of the quality and presentation of finished products.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of quality by performing regular inspections and demonstrating total ownership of the production process from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in fabrication is preferred.
• Machine Experience: Experience setting up and operating CNC press brake, turret punch, and router machines.
• Additional Skills: Familiarity with shear, notcher, saws, measuring tools, and other fabrication equipment. Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Excellent mechanical abilities with strong troubleshooting skills, demonstrating innovative problem-solving techniques.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and work effectively under pressure, fostering a synergistic atmosphere within the team.
• Schedule: Full-time position working on a 3×12 schedule (5am-5:30pm) with day shift, Monday to Friday availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour.
• Benefits: 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, vision insurance.
• Benefit Conditions: 90 days probation, then benefits start. Free medical insurance for employee after 90 days.
• Eligibility: Only full-time employees are eligible.
