Creative Minds Preschool is Hiring an Infant/Toddler Teacher Near Wilmington, NC

Compensation:

- Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 to $20.00, based on experience and qualifications.

Benefits:

- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with a 50% contribution.
- Paid vacation time and holidays after 90 days of employment.
- Half-off childcare for full-time employees (subject to availability).
- College tuition assistance after 90 days, with reimbursement levels outlined in the contract.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and nurture infants aged 6 weeks to 6 months, fostering their growth and development.
- Create a stimulating and nurturing environment conducive to early learning.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to provide comprehensive care and education.
- Maintain transparent communication with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being.

Requirements:

- Associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in infant care and early childhood education.
- Physical capability to perform tasks related to childcare.
- Passion for education and a desire to positively impact young students' lives.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with a maximum of 40 hours per week.

Additional Information:

- Each classroom is supported by a team of three teachers with rotating schedules.
- Various schedule options available, providing flexibility for work-life balance.
- Schedule possibilities include 6:20 AM - 3:20 PM, 8 AM - 5 PM, 9 AM - 6 PM, or 7 AM - 4 PM.
