Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students and creating a positive learning environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum materials
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and comprehension
- Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, cooperation, and academic excellence
- Manage student behavior and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification or license
- Proven experience working with students in a teaching or tutoring capacity
- Strong knowledge of literacy education principles and practices
- Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and handle behavior management challenges
- Experience working with preschool-aged children is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Required)
• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
