Event Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking energetic, outgoing and highly-motivated Event Retail Sales Associates, for an exhibit pop up retail store. This is a professional orientated retail operation and is dedicated to the Dead Forever Experience.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers

- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Responsible for cashiering and restocking, as well as merchandise presentation throughout the store

- Responsible for generating sales by engaging and connecting with each customer to provide the right service for each individual

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

- Meet and exceed sales goals

- Perform a variety of operational activities such as merchandise display, cash wrap procedures and more

- Utilize product knowledge to educate and inform customers to build sales

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

- Non-Sell Associates drive results and enhance the customer experience by ensuring all styles and sizes are represented

- Responsible receiving, replenishment, restocking, stockroom organization, and adhering to visual standards

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

- Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment

- Promotes a safe working and shopping environment and to maximize the customer shopping experience

Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment - Excellent problem-solving abilities

- Adapts to crowded and fast paced working environment

- Must stand for long periods of time

- Works well as a member of a team and with a group

- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Fans will soon be able to immerse themselves at Dead & Company’s “Dead Forever Experience,” a centralized hub for fans to come together and celebrate, shop, view exclusive Dead & Company content and explore the Grateful Dead’s unparalleled legacy. The Dead Forever Experience will be open five days a week for the duration of Dead & Company’s “Dead Forever - Live at Sphere” residency and will be open to the public at no charge. Visitors can explore more than 22,000 square feet of interactive exhibit space across two floors, which will be located at The Venetian® Resort Las Vegas.
