1.0 Position Description

Position functions with responsibility for leadership of all related activity within enterprise guidelines, including:

Managing enterprise system requirements

Effective communication of orders

Managing all performance opportunities internal and external

Responsible for inventory accuracy of all scheduled requirements

Manage the Portal Systems

Manage the applicable company initiatives and activities

Position Responsibilities

• Determine production requirements of individual inventory item numbers utilizing enterprise system reports.
• Create schedules and communicate requirements ensuring continuity of supply at regular intervals and inventory objectives are met.
• Communicate to appropriate members of the Materials Team opportunities that may adversely affect the production schedule in a timely manner.
• Confirm the entry of requirements received for product into the enterprise system.
• Manage and perform inventory cycle counts, as required.
• Manage and perform month end inventory reconciliations.
• Participate, as needed, in internal problem solving/improvement activities.
• Cost Reduction
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Update the data and communicate daily based on the schedules.
