Creative Labs, Eagan MN is looking for an entry level Quality Control Technician to support the development and manufacturing of Personal Care Products, including: Skin Care, Hair Care & Sunless Tanning products. Strong interest in personal care products is desired. Future advancement to Formulator Chemist is possible. This is a great entry-level position to begin a career in the Personal Care Industry. Full-Time, Days.

Responsibilities:

· Perform quality testing on finished products.

· Test all incoming raw materials to meet specifications.

· Weigh-out dyes for production batches.

· Perform microbiological testing.

· Calibrate and maintain all lab equipment.

· Support plant sanitation program.

· Assist Formulators as needed.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Ability to work independently.

· Ability to lift 50 lbs.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

· Ability to wear dust masks.

· Experience in microbiology (a plus).

· Good verbal & written skills (Spanish is a plus).

· Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

· Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage deadlines accordingly.

Required Education and Experience:

· 0 – 2 Years in QC / R&D Lab, Micro Lab or related field.

· Degree in Chemistry, Biology or related field is preferred, but not required. Great attitude, dependability and ability to learn and solve problems is most important.

· PTO accrued from start date.

· 401K after 6 months .
