Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Dance Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dance and working with students, with a focus on providing engaging and educational dance classes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans for hip hop dance.
- Instruct students on proper dance techniques and routines.
- Manage classroom dynamics and behavior to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Utilize effective classroom management strategies to engage students and maintain discipline.
- Incorporate creative elements into dance lessons to enhance student learning experiences.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in teaching or working with students in a dance setting.
- Proficiency in hip hop and other dance styles.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques.
