Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented MWBE Contract Monitoring, Section 3 recruitment and Compliance Manager to join our team at Creative Form Development.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create educational materials and resources for target audiences.

-recruit Section 3 residents on projects

-Accountable for delivery of the Compliance Monitoring plan to time and quality.

-Responsible for the development and maintenance of the compliance monitoring methodology.

-Deliver written reports on all monitoring reviews performed to time and quality. Analysis, review and updating of the Compliance Monitoring Plan.

Skills:
- Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and evaluate outreach programs effectively.
- Ability to educate individuals on available resources.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with MWBE work practices and principles.
- Strong marketing skills to effectively promote programs and engage target audiences.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
