Creative Flooring Solutions of Virginia Beach is a division of Costen Floors based out of Richmond. We are professional, fast-paced, innovative company, serving builders, contractors, multifamily & property managers floor covering needs in Hampton Roads & Richmond.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and implementation of floor covering project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure project deliverables are met and on time.
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schematics, quotes, contracts, and blueprints.
- Perform pre-installation inspections to confirm site conditions are ready and perform post-installation inspection to confirm project was completed as planned.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

- Floor Covering Installation experience is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
