Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:
- Processing AR cash timely and monitoring for past due invoices.
- Complete all month end responsibilities on a timely basis for the following
- Accounts Receivable
- General Accounting Journal Entries
- Manage fixed assets and depreciation entries including the tracking of the Capital Expenditures.
- Manage inventory reserves
25% AR Bank Recs, 20% Fixed Assets, 30% Month End Close, 25% Analysis Inventory Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or higher
- 2-5 years of General Accounting
- Microsoft Dynamics / D365 F&O a plus
- Strong Excel skills
