Role: Senior Compensation Manager- HR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Chief People Officer and VP, People on developing and implementing a comprehensive compensation strategy that supports the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation practices to ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Lead the job evaluation process to determine appropriate salary grades and ranges for different positions within the organization.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Ops and People team members to develop and manage the compensation budget.
  • Provide guidance on salary adjustments, bonus programs, and other compensation-related expenses.
  • Review and analyze compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with the People team to integrate compensation programs with performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing compensation practices.
  • Communicate compensation programs, policies, and guidelines to employees and managers.
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
    • Professional certification (e.g., CCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
  • Proven experience with at least 5 years in compensation management
  • Strong Excel skills with experience doing compensation modeling.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Thorough understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in compensation benchmarking tools required and Workday experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
