Responsibilities:
Oversee financial statements
Review notes for 10-Q and 10-K filings
Quality check for SOX controls
Stay current with SEC and GAAP guidelines
Present filings to appropriate management team
Requirements:
CPA is a Must
5 years of experience
Experience with financial reporting and SEC filing
Experience with external audits
Proven accounting experience in this area of work from a public accounting firm or working at at an oil & gas company
