Position : Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities :

• Answering phones, filing, and responding to customer emails.
• Entering customer orders into our ERP system.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with timely and accurate processing and mailing of container credits, including follow-up communications with external and internal customers.
• Collaborating with multi-department teams to handle customer requests and complete new customer setups.
• Reviewing, verifying, and processing customer orders received by telephone, email, and fax daily.

Qualifications :

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a multi-department environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and basic office software.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
