My client, a leading distribution company based out of Nashville, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. Permanent direct hire.

Onsite in Antioch M-F with flexible starting times. Great work / life balance. Awesome growth opportunity. Up to $50k plus discretionary bonus.

Overview of the Logistics Coordinator :

• The Logistics Coordinator will perform customs clearance and tracking of shipment of units from Europe.
• Quotes pricing and availability of machines to Managers and Dealers.
• Works with District Managers and Dealers to resolve related issues.
• Assists with bid preparation for buy boards and municipalities.
• Conducts customer surveys to obtain marketing information about organization products and services.
• Enters new customer and product information into customer database.
• Prepares quotes, sales orders, machine sales invoicing, correspondence, and mail outs for retail sales.
• Files work orders, correspondence, truck bills, etc., as necessary.
• Ability to attend trade shows after training if wanted.

Preferred Qualifications of the Logistics Coordinator :

• Background in a detail-oriented job.
• VLOOKUP experience is a must.
• Ability to work onsite in Antioch M-F.
