- The Insurance Specialist will verify insurance coverage for clients, obtain necessary authorizations, and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
- The Insurance Specialist will maintain organized and up-to-date records of insurance information, authorizations, and correspondence.
- The Insurance Specialist will work closely with therapists and clinicians to gather necessary documentation, address insurance-related concerns, and ensure a streamlined communication process between the clinical and insurance aspects of therapy services.
- The Insurance Specialist will proactively reach out to doctors' offices and healthcare providers to obtain required authorizations for therapy services, ensuring all documentation is correctly signed and compliant with insurance regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE INSURANCE SPECIALIST :
