Responsibilities of the HR / Payroll Specialist :

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including calculations, deductions, and tax compliance
• Maintain up-to-date and organized employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations
• Administer employee compensation programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives
• The HR / Payroll Specialist will manage time and attendance tracking systems and enforce policies
• Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and claims processing
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports, tax filings, and other HR-related documentation
• The HR / Payroll Specialist will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies

Qualifications of the HR / Payroll Specialist :
