Job Duties
- Manage and maintain electronic data interchange (EDI) systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Process and validate data transactions, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Utilize Excel to analyze, manipulate, and report on data, creating detailed spreadsheets and data visualizations.
- Enter daily orders via manual entry and file uploads.
- Route shipments & print shipping labels via customer portals.
- Create Advance Ship Notices and invoices for EDI customers through the various customer portals.
- Run invoicing reports and process inventory uploads
- Email buyers with questions regarding their orders.
- Monitor buyer messages for our online consumer portals, answering questions and resolving issues via email.
- Very high attention to detail.
- Excellent data entry skills including both speed and accuracy.
- Effective organizational skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Excel.
