RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DATA ENTRY CLERK:
- Data entry of account information
- Cash receipts
- Vouchering of invoices for raw materials and other expenses
- Accounts payable work
- Review discrepancies in data received
- Advise supervisor of issues related to data
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE DATA ENTRY CLERK ROLE:
- Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
- Computer skills- knows how to use Outlook and excel
- Good communication skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
