Overview of the Controller role:

• Oversee three direct reports
• Direct month end closings, financial reporting, and coordinating of audits
• Prepare monthly financial statement forecasts: income statement, balance sheet, cash flow analysis, and cycle count variance analysis
• Direct annual budget and forecasting processes
• Oversee fixed assets, manage depreciation and journal entries
• Improve accounting and finance processes

Preferred Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum four years of similar experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability and supervisory experience
• Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP's
• Proficiency with a major ERP
• Ability to see the big picture without missing small details
• Organized, analytical, and deadline-driven
