ABOUT the company and the Controller opportunity:
Our client is a growing luxury full-service hospitality developer in the Orlando market. The organization is seeking a leader who will report directly to the CEO and lead and continue growing a team and new projects are completed. Our client has strategic alliances with some of the premier brands in hospitality that allow them to have a unique business model in the hospitality space.
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Controller:

• The Controller will supervise Accounting, collections and billing, and payroll.
• Prepare financial documents - forecasts and reports.
• Monitor a company's financial reports.
• Set or revise organizational policy when necessary.
• Lead, hire, and mentor a team.
• Oversee financial reporting and month-end close.
• Be a lead with external auditors.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED for the Controller:
We are looking for someone who enjoys seeing the whole picture and working in a friendly team-oriented environment.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field
• 5 years of experience in Management experience
• Hospitality experience
• Opera Cloud PMS experience ( )
• Bi-lingual ( )
