The Collections Analyst responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Analyze customer ordering activity to identify potential credit issues.
- Process lien waivers and customer notes for retainage
- Review weekly aging report and follow up with customers regarding collections.
- Investigate and resolve past-due accounts receivable invoices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration preferred
- Strong Excel skills preferred
- Great Plains experience is a huge plus
