Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and financial concepts. This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of financial software and gain valuable experience in bookkeeping.

Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Prepare and maintain general ledgers
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements
- Assist with financial reports and tax preparation
- Generate financial statements
- Perform data entry and manage financial documentation

Requirements:
- Proficiency in accounting principles including GAAP
- Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks, Quicken, and ODOO
- Knowledge of debits, credits, and journal entries
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with tax regulations and filings
