Overview of the Billing Specialist Role
- Execute monthly invoice process according to billing cycle and project deadlines
- Code invoices, credit card charges, employee expense reports and petty cash receipts
- Manage accounts receivable process to maintain positive cash flow
- Monitor and solve any issues with accounts receivable and billing
Preferred Qualifications
- AA in Accounting or BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in billing and AR
- Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook is a plus
