About The Opportunity And Billing Coordinator Role

- The Billing Coordinator reports to the Controller
- This is a 40 hour per week position
- Our client is customer service driven, and very reputable in the community
- Awarded for their top innovation, productivity, quality, and safety
- Our client has a great onboarding program and the feedback we've received from candidates we've placed there have been wonderful
- Start time is between 7:30-9 AM Very flexible!
- The Billing Coordinator will create invoices and assure timely billing to customers
- Investigate and verify all documentation are received, in order to bill customers accurately
- Maintain accurate and up to date files for all billing projects
- Make recommendations to improve quality of billing and delivery to customers for timely payment
- Demonstrate a commitment to the quality improvement process and the philosophy of continuous improvement
- 2 years of related experience is a plus
- AIA Billing is also a plus
- Prior experience in an accounting position
