What you'll do :
- Enter all payable vouchers for production plants / standard, 2-way and 3-way matches
- Enter all freight invoices for the company
- Enter all price discrepancy invoices for the department
- Audit and enter all inter-company invoices
- Audit, code and enter T&E reports
- Prepare wire and ACH transfers in JDE (every other month)
- Prepare deposit slip for any miscellaneous checks
- Enter wire transfers into JP Morgan banking system
- Print and distribute checks
- Create debit and credit memos when necessary
- Sort and stamp large volumes of invoices on a daily basis
- Maintain and archive all A / P invoices (A / P emailing system)
- Scan all entered invoices into JDE
- Monitor and control file room
- Box and store year end vendor files
- Monitor open receivers report
What experience is needed :
- Must have at least 1 year experience in Payables
- Must be comfortable working in a high-volume A / P environment
- Experience with PO and non-PO invoices
- JD Edwards experience is a plus, not a must
