- Due to growth, they are hiring an AP Accountant to join their accounting team! Possibility for a permanent placement depending on performance and fit!
- The AP Accountant will work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, with a potential for overtime. This person will work 100% in the office in Laurel, MD to start.

- Reports to the Accounting Manager
- Process a high volume of manual accounts payable invoices (~500 per week)
- Handle check runs
- Perform reconciliations
- Interact with sales team who submit petty cash forms
- Assist in the preparation for new system implementation
- Ad hoc duties as needed
- 2 years' high volume accounts payable and reconciliation experience
- Must be comfortable working in a manual environment
- Intermediate Excel skills required. Knowledge of pivot tables and vlookup highly preferred
- Experience using NetSuite a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check!
