Accounts Receivable Specialist
About the Company and Opportunity:
- CFS is working with a local PNW company that is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for their headquarters in Tualatin
- The AR Specialists reports directly to the AR Manager and works directly with customers to maintain accounts and bring past due accounts current.

Overview of the role:
- Maintain a current A/R portfolio through customer engagement to bring past due accounts current
- Maintain, and update customer accounts by obtaining and investigating information from sales
- Navigate and utilize various systems to address questions and concerns from customers
- Review the invoice distribution process and related systems setups to ensure accurate invoice delivery and timing
- Work with compliance and project managers to obtain customer AR related docs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree in accounting business or related field preferred
- 2 years minimum of related experience required
- Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles and AR related transaction procedures
