Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a large national moving, relocation and logistics services company to identify their next Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role plays an integral part of the accounting team and the Company will move quickly for the right candidate.

Overview of the Accounts Receivable Specialist Role:
- Responsible for customer billing and reviewing invoices for accuracy
- Process payments received and actively collect on customer accounts as required
- Prepare billing revenue adjustments as needed
- Research and resolve customer disputes
- Perform account reconciliations and post monthly journal entries
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Prior experience with Accounts Receivable
- Large ERP experience, NetSuite a plus
- Good communication and organization skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
