ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE & BILLING SPECIALIST
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
- CFS Pittsburgh is working with a well-established professional services firm with a presence nationwide that services the country's top corporate clients.
- They are seeking an Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist to join their growing team; this role will report directly to the Controller therefore great exposure if you are looking to learn and grow.
- This role will be located in Pittsburgh and is in office full time.

OVERVIEW OF THE AR & BILLING SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Create, post and reconcile to A/R ledger and journal accounts
- Timely review and analyze open and past-due customer balances, short payments, and chargebacks
- Handle all Cash Application, Invoices, and Estimates
- Accurately billing and invoicing customers at a high volume
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AR & BILLING SPECIALIST ROLE:
- 2 years of related billing experience; open to industry
- Exposure to various systems / tech savvy
- Strong customer service skills
