- Prepare and enter customer invoices into the accounting system
- Oversee customer accounts and apply payments
- Prepare and submit billing to customers
- File documentation related to transactions including invoices
- Keep records of project budgets and spending
- Communicate with Project Managers, clients, and vendors regarding billing and account-related inquiries
- Prior experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or other relevant experience
- Knowledge of Excel and Accounting software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
