Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a family-owned real estate management company to identify an entry-level property accountant to join their growing team as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator.

Highlights of the Opportunity for Accounts Receivable Coordinator :

• This company was established over 50 years ago and has a large presence in New England and Washington D.C.
• Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, this candidate will have direct exposure to the CFO and Controller, allowing them to grow their skills and network
• This position is the start of a track to move up to Property Accountant

Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Coordinator :

• Customer service activities including speaking with unit owners
• Posting cash receipts and charges
• Posting late fees
• Uploading lock boxes into Yardi system
• Analyzing unit owners' ledgers

Background Preferred :

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree preferred in Accounting or Finance, or experience equivalent
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communications skills
• Service industry (bartending, wait staff, etc.) experience preferred!
