About the Position

• Maintains multiple systems information on client accounts and updates with credit reports and client correspondence
• Maintains the variance issues log with under / over payments
• Researches and resolves discrepancies
• Account Management and Collections
• Assists in department reporting using Excel
• Works with the Credit Manager on month end close activities
• Other Special Projects as requested

Qualifications

• Demonstrated analytical, math and communication skills
• Superior customer relations skills
• Strong organizational and detail skills
• Understanding of collection laws
