Our client is an industry leading building materials provider. They are a well respected family-owned and operated company in the Dayton / Springfield, OH area and surrounding states.
They are looking to hire a ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK to join their Accounting and Finance department. This individual will have excellent exposure to all the innerworkings of the company as well as working with company leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK :
- Record incoming customer and client payments
- Reconcile payments against invoices, vouchers and receipts
- Investigate discrepancies
- Contact customers to resolve payment issues
- Update payment transactions in the system
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK :
- 1 years' experience in AR
- Experience in customer service and / or collections
- Strong attention to detail
